Villages and cities of art

Maremma is a territory rich in art and history.

Near us there are many wonderful villages to discover: Suvereto, Massa Marittima, Campiglia, Sassetta, Bolgheri, Casale Marittimo, Castagneto Carducci, Castiglione della Pescaia...

And to follow in the footsteps of the Etruscans: the archaeological park of Baratti and Populonia, Volterra with the Guarnacci Museum which houses important masterpieces and Venturina with its Etruscan baths. Further south, the archaeological park of Vetulonia and the three villages of Sovana, Sorano and Pitigliano.

The most important cities of art in Tuscany are easily reachable from the Rifugio Seremus : Pisa, Lucca and San Gimignano are just over an hour's drive away and the incomparable Florence and Siena are about two hours away.
