Yoga amidst forests and hills: a new studio in the heart of the Maremma landscape.

There is something special about practicing yoga in a place that is open to the world.
Listen to the wind in the holm oaks, smell the scent of the Mediterranean maquis and let your gaze wander over the hills of the Val di Cornia.
In recent months we have created a new yoga studio in the middle of the woods.
A simple, open space without windows, designed to welcome silence, light and everything that nature spontaneously offers.

A place to slow down
The room is available to all guests who wish to dedicate themselves to their personal practice.
We provided some mats, but above all, we tried to create a quiet space where everyone could take a moment for themselves, whether for yoga, meditation, stretching exercises, or simply for a few minutes of silence.

A wellness holiday in the Tuscan countryside
Visitors to the Rifugio Seremus are often looking for the same thing: silence, simplicity and unspoiled nature.
Nestled in the forests of the Tuscan Maremma, between the paths that crisscross the property, the organic lake and the tree-shaded hammocks, the new yoga studio blends naturally into the atmosphere of the place.
An invitation to a relaxing holiday in Tuscany – at a more leisurely pace, in harmony with the landscape and with oneself.
On the way to the first yoga retreats at the Seremus refuge
This new space was primarily created for guests of the Rifugio, but will soon also be used for smaller yoga retreats and wellness courses. Dates and further information can be found in the "Training" section.
